ANNOUNCEMENT

A few health requirements at HRMT to keep all of us safe.

As always, every massage is by appointment only. If there is any acute illness prior to the session please reschedule. There is no longer a waiting area for friends and family on the premises.

To keep everyone safe I will maintain the same cleaning standards as in the past, including full disinfection of the studio and restroom, change of sheets, towels and blankets after every session.

I am also fully vaccinated to defend against SARS-CoV-2.
I strictly follow guidelines, recommendations and instructions of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association), NM Department of Health, CDC and WHO regarding COVID-19 and other illnesses.

Gosia Allison-Kosior is a Licensed Massage Therapist (NM LMT #7999), Medical Massage, Phenomenal Massage, Kalari-Marma/Kaiyyuzhichil Massage and Ashiatsu Practitioner, and owner of Heart Rock Massage Therapy in Farmington, NM. cancelation policy

24 advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

no call no show policy

Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.

late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
